To be awarded the Graduate Certificate in Business (Level 7), you must successfully complete the following courses. Please note not all of the courses are offered every intake so please enquire at the time of application.

• English Proficiency: IELTS academic score of 6.0 with no band less than 5.5 or equivalent

To be awarded the Graduate Diploma in Business (Level 7), you must achieve all the following courses:
71228 managing Change 20 credits
71340 Strategic Management 20 credits
71353 Project Management 20 credits
81801 Professional Practice 20 credits
81802 Industry Project 40 credits
The student will complete the three Level 7 courses in semester 1 and then proceed into the two level 8 courses in semester 2.

Applicant will be interviewed by an NZIBT Academic Manager to ascertain whether they have the necessary background in marketing, finance, applied management and have the necessary English language skills

While we understand your desire to travel home for the break, please keep in mind that there are travel restrictions in different countries. International carriers are operating under reduced schedule and risks of infections during travel are still high.
A delay in returning might result in missed assessments or the risk of missing long periods of study, requires deferment of your course to a future date. In turn, this could of course delay your graduation plan.

You can also register with NauMai NZ, which is especially for international students, for regular updates, information and support, including advice on looking after yourself and staying healthy and well.
You should apply as soon as possible. However, if there are seats available, you can apply up to the start of the programme. Bear in mind you need present an eligible visa before we officially enrol you into a programme.
Once you are accepted by NZIBT, you will receive the official letter of acceptance and invoice, which provide detailed payment instructions. NZIBT adheres to Section 236A of the Education Act 1989 and subsequent amendments and has appointed an approved Trust Account for Student Fee Protection.
